There are several different Graduate Employee options for graduate students in eligible programs at Mercyhurst University. All positions are available on campus only, in the Erie area, with no option for remote positions. 

      Physician Assistant and Athletic Training students are ineligible for Graduate Employment opportunities at Mercyhurst, due to the demanding schedule of these programs and clinical rotations. 

      Students are invited to apply for Graduate Employment opportunities after they are admitted to a graduate program at Mercyhurst University. If you are interesting in applying for a position, but have not submitted an admissions application, you can do that for free here.

      All applications will be forwarded to the appropriate departments for review.Some departments will reach out for interviews, so please check your emails and voicemails!When a position is offered, supervisors fill out a placement form. If a student is placed, they will receive follow up instructions closer to their start date about hiring paperwork.Some departments will hire much earlier, and if there are still available positions, they may go past this date.*some positions will start earlier than the first day of classes depending on the nature of the job.
