Mercyhurst University Women’s Ice Hockey is hosting a two-day Elite Hockey Camp, which will be open to both overnight and day campers. The camp will be held from Tuesday, August 1, to Wednesday, August 2. This is an elite camp designed for advanced individuals ranging from 2005 to 2008 birth year to enhance their skills and take their game to the next level! Athletes will also be able to showcase their skill set in front of NCAA division 1 college coaches.  There will be an emphasis on skill development, hockey concepts, off-ice strength and conditioning, sports performance, recovery, and team building throughout each session. We are confident that you will have an awesome experience and leave camp with a competitive edge to take into your next playing season and beyond!

Each overnight camper will be housed in Ryan Hall, our suite-style residence hall, which is a state-of-the-art facility. All-you-can-eat meals will be available, from breakfast on Monday to lunch on Tuesday. Amenities include air-conditioning and a private bathroom for every two campers. Overnight campers should bring their hockey equipment, and any athletic gear they will need for training. as well as sheets, a pillow, a pillowcase, towels, blankets, and washcloths. Washers and dryers are available on each floor in the residence hall and are available to use if needed. Water and ice will be available to you at the rink and dining hall. 

The cost is $325 for skaters and $175 for goalies (space is limited), which includes lunch for all campers. All campers will get a tour of Mercyhurst University’s campus and a question and answer with the Mercyhurst staff. Overnight accommodations are available at a cost of $50 for one night of housing and meals and $75 for two nights of housing and meals; parents may also purchase housing at a cost of $25 per parent per night.
