As a Mercyhurst student, you will complete two of three courses in the categories of Economics, History, and Political Science as part of your liberal arts coursework, also known as the REACH curriculum. Join Dr. Randy Clemons, Associate Dean of the Ridge College of Intelligence Studies and Applied Sciences and Professor of Political Science, to see what a science class at Mercyhurst is like and get a feel for a classroom experience.

POLI 299: Geopolitics is the study of how countries interact based on their geography. This course is designed to teach students how geographic location, resources, demography, topography, and more influence diplomatic relationships between countries and the current world order. Check out the Political Science Major page for more information.
